Delivery

The cost of delivery is included!

To make it simple we have included the cost of delivery in our prices. There is no such thing as Free Delivery. Although it sounds like a great benefit, the delivery costs are charged as an additional cost or inbuilt into the price of the product. We have chosen the latter so you know there are no more additional costs unless you live in Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Isles, Northern Island. All our products are generally dispatched within 72 hours. Care is taken to pick the correct product and pack it well enough to protect your item.

As a general rule, if the item is not in stock, delivery will reflect the Manufacturer’s lead time. This can vary from 24 hours to 6 weeks depending on the product ordered. However 6 weeks normally only applies to made to measure products.

If you place an order for a variety of items, they will be dispatched as soon as possible so they may not all arrive together.

If there are any exceptional circumstances where your goods may be delayed you will be contacted and informed. If you would like an update on your order please call 0800 328 2788 and ask for our customer service team or email customerservices@self-sure.co.uk.

Premium Delivery Service

Our premium delivery service for larger items is one of the best available. The product is delivered to a room of your choice, installed and then you are given a demonstration of how to use it. All packaging is removed if you are happy with your new product and then recycled.

Please consider carefully any delivery / access concerns with the size of the product ordered, if in doubt call 0800 328 2788 and ask for customer services or email customerservices@self-sure.co.uk

You will be contacted by our Premium Delivery Service to arrange a convenient time (3 hour window) for you to accept delivery between Monday to Friday. Weekends can be arranged in exceptional circumstances and maybe subject to an additional charge.

Unfortunately this service does not extend to Jersey, Guernsey, Scottish Isles, and Isle of Man.
